Shirataki Miracle Noodles
Carb Free Pasta

The benefits to Shiratki noodles are numerous; healthy fiber to low carb diet friendly. These miracle noodles should be a staple in your low carb diet. Carb Free Pasta! Yeah!

Miracle noodles are high in glucomannan which Dr. Oz endorses to control blood sugar and cholesterol. In the show Eat More and Weigh Less, Dr Oz says that Shirataki Noodles are made of glucomannan, which is a dietary fiber. Shirataki Noodles come from Japan and you can find them in the produce section next to the tofu.

Fiber benefits your body by giving a feeling of fullness without the calories. Fiber also:

  • 1) lowers risk of diabetes

  • 2) lowers risk of heart disease

  • 3) promotes regular bowels

  • 4) promotes digestive health

  • 5) aides in weight loss

  • 6) soluble fiber slows down digestion so you may retain more nutrients from the foods you eat

  • When fiber pushes against the walls of your intestines, the walls push back. This cleans out any nook and crannies present in your intestines.

Shirataki Miracle Noodles come wet, so rinse thoroughly. Boil or microwave for a few minutes to dispel any unusual odor from the liquid, then add to your cooking dish to add the flavor without changing the consistency of the noodle. (they don’t get mushy)

These noodles come in several shapes and you may use just like pasta. You can use angel hair with marinara sauce, use orzo instead of rice and use mini pearls in soups. Fettuccini and linguine styles are also available.

Miracle Noodles have no fat, no sugar, no starch, no carbs, no calories, no gluten and are Kosher.

Since they have virtually no taste- season liberally after you rinse and pat dry- absorbing the flavor of whatever you cook with them.

As part of a low carb diet, Shirataki miracle noodles provide a feeling of fullness so you eat less. Consistently replacing your pasta with glucomannan fiber will help you loose weight, lower your health risks for diabetes and heart disease, and promote digestive health.
